PROJECT FUNDING

BlueSail Engineering & Project Management LLP function as mediator between the borrower and Project Funding agencies of Europe and Asia. The funding up to 97% of the Project Value for the Projects up to 100 million USD. The funding can be up to 99.8% for the Projects whose value is between from 101 million and above. The rate of interest is 6% PA to 14% PA and repayment period minimum 7 years, maximum 17 years. The documents required for funding of Projects are (1) A business Plan with a feasibility Study Report (2) Proof of Company Registration (3) Proof of fund of own investment 3% or 0.2% based on the value of the Project. (Audited Financial Statement of the borrower). The funding agency may do vetting of the Feasibility study or conduct Risk Assessment of the Project by engaging their accredited Risk Analyzer or any international reputed agencies like Deloitte, Beyond Infinity etc.
